Course Outline

How people cope with stress can have a huge impact on their work performance.  This workshop takes a problem-solving approach to the issue of stress, using a series of activities to help identify the symptoms in themselves and in colleagues.  It also provides them with a range of tools to manage stress and become more resilient.
