Lindsay McMillan has been Chief Executive since May 2007. With over 25 years experience in healthcare and community services, at both executive and board levels, Lindsay has also delivered senior consulting support to health care, government and a range of business interests.
Lindsay’s areas of specialisation include business growth and innovation, broadcasting, strategic development and relationship management. His academic and leadership experience extends internationally through publications and presentations.

Michelle joined Converge International in 2000 with a background in psychology and professional services management. Michelle has extensive experience prior to joining Converge International in providing psychological services, training and business management. Her areas of expertise include clinical and organisational risk management and professional operations management. With her experience in business management Michelle is well qualified in her role as General Manager Services and Manager Business Innovation and Growth.
Michelle is known in her team as a dynamic and enthusiastic professional focused on key strategic goals and outcomes.

Judith has accumulated significant experience working at a national level within large psychological services and management consulting environments. Specifically, her work has focussed on education, vocational training, organisational development, human resources & management consulting. Judith has gained experience consulting to a vast number of organisations across most industry sectors. Her desire is to see workplaces utilising Converge International service solutions to create employee well-being, enhanced performance and overall productivity.
Judith also applies her project management expertise to manage large and often complex organisational change initiatives.
Richard worked in senior financial and operational management roles widely across Europe before moving to Australia in 2004. Prior to joining Converge International in 2010, he worked as a consultant with many business and organisations assisting with the development and implementation of growth strategies.
Here at Converge International Richard's role is to provide world class, innovative, efficient, responsive and pro-active services. These services support the effective interaction of our International network of Service Personnel with our business and ensure our Customers are delivered high quality service from engagement with our Customer Service Centre through to our finance department.
